📦 1. Digital Services Only (No Physical Returns via Play Store)

This app offers service booking and support for solar installation. It does not sell physical products directly through the app or the Google Play platform. Therefore, no physical returns are processed via Google Play.

  • If you have scheduled a solar installation or consultation through our app and wish to cancel, you may be eligible for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
  • All refund requests must be submitted through our in-app support or by contacting our team.
